Volunteering in school

The Federation of Netley Abbey Infant and Junior School's need your help!

  •  Are you a parent, grandparent or carer for one of our children?
  •  Do you have any spare time during the school week?
  •  Do you enjoy spending time with children and helping them?
  •  Would you like to help children to achieve their full potential?
  •  If the answer to these questions is yes, then we need you!

We always need caring, willing adults to help in school. This could be accompanying the children on school trips,  listening to readers, and supporting events in school.

If you are interested then please speak to your child’s class teacher or contact the school office to discuss how you can help.

Netley Abbey and Butlocks Heath Educational Trust

The purpose of the Trust is to support the education and development of children and young people up to the age of twenty-five years old who are resident in the parish of Hound. Regular grants are made available to Netley Abbey Junior and Infant Schools as well as other community based groups e.g. Scouts, Guides etc. and some individuals.

The Trustees have decided to introduce the availability of two new annual awards in the form of £1000 grants to worthy applicants. One will be for academic pursuit and excellence, and the other to assist in the quest for sporting excellence.

We are grateful to benefit from the Trust, which for a number of years, has further enhanced the opportunities for the pupils and families within our local community to ensure we all 'CLIC' together to be the best we can be.
