- Is committed to working as part of a team and has the ability to lead a team of teachers and Teaching Assistants.
- Has an excellent knowledge of teaching from the National Curriculum across Key Stage 2.
- Has good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Has the ability to think strategically and to lead initiatives effectively, monitoring the impact of actions taken.
- Holds their team to account, maintaining focus on the children’s progress and outcomes.
- Has a good sense of humour!
